Two types of experiences are available: complimentary Shore Events for all our guests, and Reserve Events with limited capacity, both providing a unique and intimate experience reserved solely for our guests. From the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, beachside revelry awaits with our selection of complimentary shoreside events. In Mykonos, we’re transforming the iconic Alemagou Beach Club into a private venue just for Ilma’s guests. Sip craft cocktails, enjoy Mediterranean-inspired canapés, and browse a curated beachwear selection as the sun sets over the Aegean Sea. As night falls, a renowned DJ will spin cool beach beats, creating an unforgettable soundtrack for an evening of laid-back luxury. 

If you prefer your fun to be had in the sun — with a dash of dolce vita thrown in for good measure — join us at Cotton Club Sardinia. Reserved solely for Evrima’s guests, this exclusive beach club offers the perfect blend of unparalleled aesthetic and effortless Italian luxury. Lounge poolside, sip chilled spritzes, and savor Sardinian delicacies. Take in breathtaking emerald-sea views, while live entertainment and the sound of waves provide the soundtrack.
 

For an additional fee on select voyages, our guests are invited to celebrate time-honored traditions and dine in aristocratic style at centuries-old estates. Open to a limited number of guests, these events will incorporate elements of surprise and delight at every turn. 

At Florence’s Villa Salviati, a private tour led by an art historian unveils the manor’s storied past, while handmade pasta, truffles and Super Tuscan wines make for a truly memorable meal, and a private opera performance rounds out the evening. Similarly, in Edinburgh, Scottish glamour and tradition come to life at Barnbougle Castle, a 17th-century palace on the Rosebery Estate that remains the private residence of the Earl of Rosebery. His Lordship has graciously granted us exclusive access to the castle and its stunning grounds for an evening full of cocktails, canapés and Scottish hospitality.

For a truly exceptional gastronomic experience, Mirazur in Monte Carlo stands alone. With three Michelin stars and a 95.5 rating on the Michelin website, Mirazur held the title of “World’s Best Restaurant” from 2019 to 2021 and remains one of the world’s most sought-after dining destinations. The restaurant’s current waitlist extends into 2026, but guests of Ilma can receive exclusive access to the meal of a lifetime on October 15, 2025. The singular evening begins with a cocktail reception with Chef Mauro Colagreco, followed by a nine-course tasting menu, paired with fine wines and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
