At this time, our online reservation experience supports reservations for up to two guests per suite. Does the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection have a loyalty program?
Yes. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection offers an exceptional way to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy loyalty points (“Points”) on travel with Marriott Bonvoy. Can I redeem Marriott Bonvoy points online?
At this time, Marriott Bonvoy Points cannot be redeemed directly through our online reservation experience. To earn Points with your reservation, you may add your Marriott Bonvoy number during the guest details step of checkout, ensuring your membership is recognized and eligible points are earned.

How is pricing displayed online?
Pricing shown online reflects double occupancy, consistent with the shared suite experience that is standard across our yachts. Solo travelers, as well as suites occupied by more than two guests, will see pricing that incorporates the applicable solo supplement or additional guest charges. These fares are dynamic and may vary based on voyage demand, suite availability, capacity controls, and other commercial considerations. All fares are subject to change at any time at the discretion of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

How long will it take after I book before my suite number is confirmed?
Once your reservation is complete, a Personal Travel Professional will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your suite number and ensure your selection aligns with your preferences, such as deck location, layout, or proximity to other guests in your party.
Can I hold a suite before confirming my booking?
We are unable to place suites on hold prior to reservation. Once payment is complete, your reservation is secured. A Personal Travel Professional will then contact you to confirm your suite number and preferences. For added peace of mind, bookings made online include a 72-hour flexible cancellation window, giving you the freedom to finalize your plans with confidence.
What payment methods are accepted?
For online reservations, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection currently accepts payment by credit card. We proudly welcome the following card types:

May I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes. After your reservation is confirmed, you may manage key details of your voyage through your My Yacht Portal account, including:
- Making additional payments
- Reserving shore excursions, spa services, and dining experiences
- Updating personal or travel information related to your journey
For requests beyond what is available online—such as modifying voyage details, changing suite categories, adding guests, or arranging personalized travel support—our Personal Travel Professionals or Travel Services team will be delighted to assist and ensure every detail is thoughtfully handled on your behalf.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations made online include a 72-hour flexible cancellation period, allowing you to confirm your voyage with peace of mind.
